Here is Leafeon, the grass-type Eeveelution via Moss rock or leaf stone. Some Pokedex information about Leafeon: just like a plant, Leafeon can get energy through photosynthesis and does not need food to make energy. It can sharpen it’s tail into a blade that is able to cut through trees. … This is all news to me as when I grew up playing Pokemon, Leafeon was not yet one of the Eeveelutions (I’m a Kanto player, through and through.) How interesting!
When completed, this Leafeon Amigurumi fits in the palm of an adult sized hand. I hope you enjoy crocheting Leafeon!

Ch 4, in 2nd from hook: Sl st x 2, Sc

- Arm Leaf Accents
Insert hook into one side of the arm just above the yellow/brown color change:
Ch 3, join with sl st to the same base as the chain originates. F/o, secure and hide yarn ends.
Repeat on each side of the arm. If desired, repeat on each side of the feet- I chose to only accent the arms on my Leafeon because I was tired.
Assembly of Crochet Leafeon
Assemble as shown in pictures- be sure to pin limbs in place before sewing to properly adjust position.
Head: At the top of the head- but slightly towards the front – align the 3 yellow hair pieces at the top of the head, and the ears to each side. In front of the center hair piece- attach the forehead leaf crest (position at ‘forehead’ level.) Sew in place.
Body: The ‘bumps’ on the bottom of the body piece are meant to be thighs. Sew the feet over the bumps angling slightly outward. Attach the arms to the body, placing in between the feet, and so that the tips of the arms touch the ground, and the top sides of the arms are positioned as ‘shoulders.’ The tail is attached to the back of the body, centered. Use embroidery thread and needle to sew the tail details. Attach the head to the top of the body. Finally, attach the Leaf accents as desired- the arm accents were worked directly onto the arms, sew the chest accent to the center of the chest between the arms/shoulders, and the back accent to the back, behind the head.
The eye details were added by needle felting loose yarn ends . Alternatively, one can cut out and attach colored felt pieces.
